First Who … Then What. Jim Collins elaborates that the right people are the most important asset in your organisation rather than just people in general. And this doesn’t just apply to permanent members of your organisation; every partner that collaborates and contributes can and will affect your level of achievement and your culture – for better or worse.

For that reason, I’m introducing myself first. About Key and Key Principles will tick that box. What I focus my energy on is largely covered in Key Services which I’ve grouped into three key areas; individual (largely leader), team and organisational effectiveness.

The remainder of the website devotes itself to the “how” of my work. The key to successful organisational development and change consulting is in the “how” of “what” I do. I’m not for one minute suggesting I’m the bee’s knees however you’ll see through Key Approach and Key Processes how I can contribute.

I have included a downloadable Capability Profile too; just in case you need something paper-based; it’s my valiant attempt to summarise the story.
