KEY specialises in organisational development and change. Our goal is to improve organisational performance by focusing on the human side of business.

Stephen Covey often asks the question of his audiences; “How many agree that the vast majority of the workforce in your organisation possess far more talent, intelligence, capability and creativity than their present jobs require or even allow” (The Eight Habit)

Go on, raise your hands! It’s something that most organisations are challenged by. Engaged people are attracted to and inspired by their work, they care about the future of their organisation and consequently choose to invest discretionary effort. All parties win when people are engaged yet sadly, accordingly to Gallup research, less than a third of employees fit this profile.

KEY is committed to unlocking that potential and releasing that human capability, thus freeing individuals, teams and  organisations to achieve even greater success.

Yet it’s not without its challenges.  A very wise man, Peter Vaill, coined the phrase “permanent white water” to describe our experience of contemporary organisations.  There is continual change and turbulence, ambiguity and increased complexity.

As leaders, it is no longer relevant to strive for stability and control – that’s tantamount to pushing water uphill.  Today’s leadership challenge is to work with the ebb and flow of the market, organisational and cultural contexts.  You are being challenged to navigate through the complexities, balance competing priorities, manage the polarities, cope with uncertainty and somehow, bring your people along with you for the journey. All this we can assist you with through leadership coaching.

Moreover there is no one-size-fits-all manual on exactly what to do and when.  Where there is unanimity is that working on your inner game (your mental processes) will directly impact your outward achievement.
