We focus on improving effectiveness at three key and connected levels. This connectedness certainly doesn’t mean you need to do everything, or do it all at once, but requires the experience and capability to look at the parts to see things for what they really are and possess the insight and wisdom to look beyond the parts to the whole to see the opportunities for improvement and the impact of change.
